What we collect
Your mobile number (to sign you in and send rental alerts), the name and photo you show others, your city, your listings and photos, chats and bookings, reviews, and basic device and usage data to keep the service secure. If you apply for a badge, the ID or permit photos you upload.
Why
To run your account and the marketplace, connect renters and listers, prevent fraud and scams, handle reports, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal data.
Who sees what
Your phone number is never shown on listings. It is shared only with the other person after a booking is confirmed. ID and permit photos are seen only by our review team and deleted 7 days after review; only the badge stays. Handover photos are visible only to the two people in the booking and to our team when a problem is reported.
Service providers
Hosting (Hostinger, Malaysia), Cloudflare (network and file storage), Semaphore (SMS), and error monitoring. They process data only for us, under contract.
How long
While your account is active. Search logs: 180 days. Login codes: hours. ID photos: 7 days after review. Booking records are kept after account deletion in anonymized form because the other party relies on them.
Your rights
You can access and download your data and delete your account anytime in Me → Privacy & my data. You can also ask us to correct data, object to processing, or file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. If a breach puts you at risk, we will notify you and the NPC within 72 hours of finding out.
